At first listen, the catchy hooks echo of something mainstream, driven by the energy of modern rock, highlighted with elements of electronic/trance. Then a seed is planted, and the lyrics begin to speak to something deeper than the surface reveals; like those pictures with precisely placed gobs of dots which appear as a 3-D image when you look at them long enough.
